Step 1: Open the Settings app on your Android device and go to Apps.
Step 2: Go to App management and scroll to select Twitter.
Step 3: Tap on Storage usage, and on the next screen, tap on Clear cache.

How to Clear Twitter Cache on iOS
Clearing cache from Twitter on iOS is different from Android. We will use Twitter’s built-in option to clear its browsing data and improve your experience, saving storage space on your device. Follow the instructions below.
Note: The steps may vary depending on your app version. Check for updates before proceeding.
Step 1: Launch the Twitter app on your iPhone and tap your profile picture in the top left corner.
Step 2: Tap ‘Settings and Support’ in the sidebar and select ‘Settings and privacy.’
Step 3: In the Settings, tap ‘Accessibility, display, and languages’, and on the Data usage screen, tap Data usage.
Step 4: Under Storage, select Media storage and tap the ‘Clear media storage’ button.
Step 5: From the bottom sheet, select ‘Clear media storage’ to confirm. You will be taken back to the Data usage option.
Step 6: Tap Web storage, and on the next screen, tap the ‘Clear all web storage’ button.
Step 7: Select ‘Clear all web storage’ from the bottom sheet.
There you go. You have successfully cleared the cache from the Twitter app on your iPhone. If it is not an iPhone you want to clear the cache on, but from your browser, jump to the next method.
