6 Best Fixes for Google Drive Notifications Not Working on Mobile and Desktop
Google Drive allows you to store and share files with others. You can access and download files that have been shared with you from the Shared With Me menu. You will always receive notifications on your mobile and desktop when a file is shared with you through Google Drive.

1. Check Email Notification Preferences (Desktop)
You should receive email notifications from Google Drive when files are shared with you or if someone makes changes to data you’ve shared. However, if you’re not receiving these notifications, you can check your notification preferences using your laptop or PC. Follow these steps:
1. Open Google Drive in a web browser on your computer.
2. Sign in to your Google account and click on Settings located at the top-right corner.

Turn Off DND on Android
Step 1: Open Settings and tap on Notifications.

You can add the Google Drive app as an exception and still use DND on your Android phone.
Turn Off DND on Mac
