1. Create a Venn Diagram in Google Docs Using the Drawing Tool
The Drawing tool in Google Docs is a simple and effective feature that allows you to create Venn diagrams and add text. To make a Venn diagram in Google Docs, follow these steps:
1. Open Google Docs.
2. Click on Insert > Drawing > New from the menu bar. This will open the Drawing window.
Step 3: Click on Shape, then go to Shapes and select Oval.
Step 4: Use your cursor to create an oval shape.
Step 5: Shapes in Google Docs have a background color, which can be removed by selecting the shape and clicking on the painting bucket icon.
Step 6: Click on Transparent.

2. Use Lucidchart Add-On to Create a Venn Diagram
Once added, the add-on will appear in the docs side panel menu. Here’s how to do it.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in to your Lucidchart account before proceeding. Step 1: To access the Lucidchart add-on, click the arrow to expand the side panel.
Step 2: Click the Lucidchart icon.
Step 3: Open Lucidchart in the side panel to create a Venn diagram.
Step 4: Click on the three-dot icon to access more menu options.

3. Use Cacoo Diagrams
Step 1: After adding the Cacoo Diagrams add-on, click on Extensions.
Step 2: Go to Cacoo Diagrams and click on Insert Diagram to open the side panel.
Step 3: Click on Get Started. This will open a separate window.
Step 4: Sign in to Cacoo Diagrams and click Authorize to connect your add-on to Docs.
Step 5: If you don’t have any documents in Cacoo Diagrams, click on ‘Create a diagram’. This will open Cacoo Diagrams in a separate window.
Step 6: Use the available templates to create a Venn diagram and save the document.
Step 7: Go back to Google Docs and click Refresh. Your saved diagram document will appear.
